Karim Kamoun continues to expand his hotel business through his companies TSL and MHG by leasing two hotels from the Golden Yasmin chain. These are the Méhari Hammamet (5 stars, 213 rooms and suites) and Méhari Tabarka (4 stars, 200 rooms) hotels. The ten-year lease on these two hotels will begin in January 2026.

Karim Kamoun now has a total of 10 hotels and some 2,700 rooms in four regions (Tabarka, Djerba, Mahdia, and Hammamet). The head of Voyages 2000 appears to have his sights set on other hotels in other regions.
