With the exception of Hammamet, where the de-programming of TUI Blue Manar has propelled La Badira to the top spot, the situation remains largely unchanged everywhere else, including The Residence Douz’s leadership among all resorts in the country.
The leaders’ consistent excellence is commendable: the Belvédère in Tunis, The Residence in Gammarth, La Badira in Hammamet, Iberostar Selection Eolia in Djerba, and Iberostar in Sousse/Port El Kantaoui have solidified their positions in their respective regions.

It is worth noting the arrival of new challengers. These include Diar Lemdina in Hammamet and, in Djerba, Fiesta Beach and Al Jazira Beach.
We can also highlight future contenders for the Top 5, such as the Carlton in Tunis (8.4 based on 3,272 reviews) or, in Hammamet, the Medina Belisaire (8.6 based on 492 reviews), the Oceana (8.6 based on 516 reviews), and the Steigenberger (8.4 based on 1,516 reviews).
The Monarque El Fatimi in Mahdia, with only 60 reviews so far, has a rating of 8.2. The Radisson Palace in Djerba seems to be returning to excellence under its new management, with a rating of 8.1 based on 2,335 reviews.
