Iberostar remains the most represented chain in our Top 5 by region with 6 hotels. Hammamet confirms the excellent standard of its hotels. The Residence Douz retains the highest satisfaction rating across all regions.
Month after month, Iberostar regularly has six hotels in our Top 5 by region. From Sousse to Djerba via Monastir and Mahdia, the chain’s hotels are among the best, with ratings ranging from 8.5 to 9.2. This is the best performance among hotel chains.

Next come TUI hotels, with four properties (TUI Blue and Sunéo, pending the opening of The Mora Tozeur, formerly Anantara), and the Marhaba chain, which has three hotels in our ranking.
Hammamet: the entry ticket is high
The Hammamet region confirms that, among the major tourist regions, it is the one with the most excellent ratings. The entry ticket to make it into the Top 5 was particularly high this November, as a minimum rating of 8.9 was required (it is between 8.3 and 8.5 in other major resorts).
As a result, high-performing hotels with a rating of 8.7 were excluded from the table, such as the Medina Solaria Thalasso and the Hasdrubal Thalasso & Spa.
These ratings for the Hammamet region are all the more remarkable as they are often obtained with a high number of reviews. This is the case for the Royal Azur, which has 1,770 reviews.
Changes by region
In Tunis, the Bélvèdere Fourati ranks first in the region with a score of 9.2 (807 reviews), benefiting from the decline of Adam Hotel, which lost two-tenths of a point. A small 26-room hotel, the Hôtel Suisse, returns to the ranking.
On the Carthage coast, The Nine, with only 192 reviews, remains in first place (9.2).
In Sousse-Port El Kantaoui, the competition was particularly fierce. Taking into account the ties, nine hotels appear in our table. The leading pack, which is more crowded than elsewhere, includes three hotels with a rating of 9.2: the two Iberostar Diar El Andalous and Kantaoui Bay hotels, and the Marhaba Palace.
Djerba remains at a lower overall level than the other regions, despite a slight improvement by the Iberostar Selection Eolia, which leads with a rating of 9.
Across all regions, The Residence Douz continues to dominate with a rating of 9.4 (293 reviews). It is followed by TUI Blue Manar Hammamet with 9.3 (1,053 reviews).
