Customer satisfaction: While The Mora is still to come, The Residence Douz reigns supreme

Between the two major luxury hotels in the south, The Residence Douz and Anantara Tozeur under its new brand name The Mora, competition is set to continue. In other regions, there are changes in the top three.

The Residence Douz maintains its ranking and its rating (9.4) as the country’s leading resort, awaiting the arrival of The Mora Sahara Tozeur, the new brand (from November, read our article) of Anantara Tozeur, which no longer appears to be rated on booking.com.

With a rating of 9.3 last month, Anantara was until then closely following The Residence Douz. With the arrival of the TUI group’s luxury brand, competition between these two luxury hotels in the south is sure to continue

Things are changing in the regions

Apart from Tunis, there are changes in the top three. On the Carthage Coasts, the Four Seasons has ceded its third place to Dar Saïd. In Hammamet, the gap is narrowing between El Manar (down to 9.2 from 9.3 the previous month), La Badira (up from 9 to 9.1) and the Royal Azur (up from 8.9 to 9).

In Sousse-Port El Kantaoui, the Marhaba Palace shares first place with the Iberostar Diar El Andalous and Kantoui Bay. In Djerba, the Iberostar Eolia occupies first place alone, which it shared last month with the Seabel Rym Beach.

Finally, it is worth noting that the Royal Tulip Korbous Bay has maintained a very good level (8.6 for months).
