The Residence Douz takes first place in southern Tunisia in our rankings as at March 7, 2025. In other regions, Iberostar, TUI Blue Manar and Adam Suites retain their leading positions.
It didn’t take long for the new Cenizaro Hotels & Resorts hotel to dethrone the Anantara Tozeur: The Residence Douz (photo) took first place among hotels in southern Tunisia with a score of 9.4. The other The Residence hotel, in Gammarth, came 2nd in its region with a score of 9.1, behind La Menara Hotel & Spa (9.4).
Iberostar hotels remain unchallenged at the top of the rankings in Sousse, Monastir and Djerba.
In Hammamet, TUI Blue Manar retained first place. No fewer than 4 hotels tied for 5th place; they had to be decided by the number of reviews.
In Tunis, the top three remained unchanged, led by the Adam Suites hotel. The new Kyriad Prestige enters the fray in 4th place (8.9; ex-æquo with the Radisson Tunis City Center) as well as the Novotel Tunis Lac in 5th place (8.8).
